Embrace the magic of the HP Wizarding World by sipping your hot or iced coffee or tea out of one of these wizard house crest illustrated mugs. Every design was hand illustrated making them unique to my shop and something you won’t find anywhere else! Designs are applied using a permanent vinyl. The mugs are insulated stainless steel with a sturdy handle and plastic lid with a tight sealing sipper for zero spills.
Mug holds 20 oz.
Cup care
- All cups should be hand washed only.
- Do not place in the dishwasher.
- Do not let soak.
Shipping Policies
1. All orders are shipped with tracking.
2. Sticker/car decal orders are shipped in envelopes and will track differently than packages. Stickers will show a “pre-transit” notification when they have been dropped in the mail and will only be updated as “delivered” upon final delivery. There will not be intermediate shipping updates.
3. No order can be guaranteed to arrive by a certain date. Once we have shipped it (make sure to check the processing time for each item) delivery is totally in the hands of the carrier. There will be no refunds given for products that arrive later than you wanted them to. Consult our refund policy for more details.
Return & Refund Policy
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund on any orders unless they meet one of the two criteria below.
1. Your order gets lost in the mail and never arrives. All orders ship out with tracking. I can see whether an order as been delivered or not. If within a reasonable time frame your order has not been marked as delivered I can send you a replacement or refund. ***Stickers do not have the same tracking updates as other products. Stickers are shipped in envelopes and are given the “pre-transit” message initially when dropped off with the carrier and then are marked “delivered” when they are delivered to you. They do not give accurate transit updates.
2. Your product arrives damaged in the mail. If your product arrives damaged in the mail you must send me a photo of the product in its packaging to show the damage. This message and photo must be sent to me within 24 hours of your delivery in order to have a replacement sent or refunded. Anything after this 24 hour time period will not result in a replacement or refund.
